What keeps the current movement for change from flickering out into a passing moment? How can leaders fulfil recent public commitments? This is an acute challenge for organizations just beginning to formally address DEI or recognizing the limits of past practices.

This is a distinctive time with profound opportunities. But to sustain a movement that generates lasting results, companies need to build beyond statements and donations. They need to know how to realize #systemicchange internally and in society.

Systemic change requires a strategy that addresses systemic bias by weaving DEI not only into feelings and behaviours, but also into the systems, structures, and signals of organizations and communities. This ‘indivisible’ approach to #inclusion designs equity for all and fulfills the promise of diversity. It gives leaders the tools to act strategically and with urgency, clarity and commitment to impact.

In #INdivisiblebook @alisonmaitland and I provide a blueprint for this process of systemic transformation, from strategy to actions that senior leaders, middle managers and individuals can take to drive comprehensive, business-linked, and sustainable change.

How are you and your organization addressing systemic change? #leadership
